Product Description:
Designed for demanding environments, the WL-118 is a strain-gauge-based single point load cell made of lightweight yet strong aluminum alloy. Depending on the model, this single point load cell handles loads from 30 kg to 500 kg. When installed on platforms up to 600×600 mm, the single point load cell maintains excellent accuracy even with off-center loading. As a result, the single point load cell is widely deployed in food processing and packaging machinery. Industrial automation lines also benefit from this single point load cell, which provides stable weight data. In intelligent warehousing systems, the single point load cell enables precise material tracking. Platform scales and automatic checkweighers frequently integrate this single point load cell for continuous operation. Load Cell Packaging and Shipping
To ensure safe arrival at your location, the Single Point load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:
1. The Single Point load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The Single Point load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4. Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid any delays or problems.
